Meet Louise
Therapist & Mental Health Nurse

Louise is a Qualified Therapist, and a Clinical Registered Mental Health Nurse, who has over 11 years of experience working as a Nurse. Louise has worked with people living with mild to complex mental health disorders. Louise’s specialty includes supporting people through relationship difficulties, emotional disregulation, problem solving, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

Louise can be described as kind, patient, caring, compassionate, and supportive. 

Louise is passionate about mental health and personal growth. She loves educating and empowering others and wants to work through any obstacle or challenge in your life. Louise guides and supports you to achieve your goals and helps you break down barriers. She gets to know who you are as an individual, your experiences, what your goals are, and tailors therapy based on your individual needs.

She teaches you practical ways to learn or re-learn more helpful and healthy habits and break the habits of unhealthy thinking. She equips you with tools and skills, which you can implement into your everyday life to improve your relationship with yourself and others, and your overall mental health. 

When not working, Louise loves spending time with family and friends, exploring new places and spending time in nature. In her down time, she loves listening to a non-fiction audible book, or podcast, or watching a binge worthy Netflix series.

Meet Kara
Therapist & Social Worker

Kara is a Therapist with a background in Mental Health Social Work and Psychology. Kara has over 9 years of experience working with people living with mental health, in various roles and settings in South Australia.

Kara can be described as friendly, warm, honest, caring and empathetic.  Kara is passionate about helping women to feel confident, empowered and in control of their own lives.

Kara has a special interest in working with women who are peri-natal, have low self-esteem or confidence, are having difficult managing emotions, experiencing relationship difficulties, or experiencing grief, stress, depression and anxiety.

Through Kara’s own life experiences and challenges, she discovered a substantial need for more specific support to empower women when they are going through significant life changes.

Kara believes that therapy can be beneficial for anyone going through a difficult time or if they are simply wanting to grow and understand themselves better. Kara uses a holistic approach to therapy, taking into account all aspects of your life. She will challenge you and help you explore your goals and utilizes skills and resources to help you improve your wellbeing.

In her spare time, Kara is busy being a mother to a one-year-old boy. She loves dogs and real estate and she enjoys reading biographies in her down time.
