Our sessions are designed to support you through these pressures with compassion, clarity, and practical tools you can use in everyday life.
We help women strengthen their self-esteem, navigate emotional challenges, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build the confidence they need to move forward with intention. Our belief is simple: when women feel grounded and empowered, they unlock their full potential leading to more fulfilling relationships, healthier boundaries, stronger sense of self, and lives filled with purpose and confidence.
What You Can Expect in Therapy
A Space That Feels Safe, Warm, and Actually Helpful
Every session is a collaborative process. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Your therapist works with you to understand who you are, where you’ve been, and what you want for your life.
Depending on your needs, sessions may include:
Understanding patterns in your thinking, emotions, and relationships
Learning practical skills to manage anxiety, overthinking, or low mood
Processing life transitions or significant changes
Exploring identity, boundaries, values, and self-worth
Working through challenges around relationships, attachment, or people-pleasing
Healing from past experiences and learning healthier coping strategies
Building emotional regulation and communication skills
Your therapist will always check in with you about what’s working, what isn’t, and how to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
How Our Sessions Work
Initial Assessment – 75 Minutes
Your first session is longer to ensure we deeply understand you and your goals. Together we will:
Explore your current challenges and what brought you to therapy
Understand your personal history, strengths, and any barriers
Identify your short-term and long-term goals
Begin forming a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs
This session sets the foundation for your therapeutic journey.
Ongoing Therapy Sessions – 50 Minutes
These sessions focus on applying strategies, building insight, developing new skills, and working through your goals step by step. Your therapist will guide you, challenge you gently when needed, and support you in creating meaningful change in your daily life.
We also encourage integrating therapy practices between sessions because the greatest progress often happens in the moments outside the therapy room.

We offer therapy in two ways:
Face-to-Face Sessions
Available at our North Adelaide (SA) practice a warm, welcoming space designed to help you feel grounded and at ease.
Telehealth (Video Sessions) – Australia Wide
Perfect for women with busy schedules, work commitments, travel, rural access needs, or simply those who find comfort in connecting from home.
