Our therapy sessions are designed to give women the tools they need to overcome obstacles, nurture self-esteem, and gain the confidence to navigate life's ups and downs. Louise and Kara both work from a similar approach. We work collaboratively and specialise treatment to each individual client. We both draw on skills from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy).

We offer face to face therapy in our Manningham office in Adelaide, SA. Otherwise, we offer Telehealth (video-call) Australia Wide. Ongoing Therapy Sessions are 50 minutes. Whilst The Initial Therapy Session takes up to 75 minutes.

During the initial assessment we get to know you and what your therapy goals are and any potential barriers to achieving your goals. We will then establish an action plan which we will work through with you during your therapy appointments. We also encourage you to work on your therapy goals in-between sessions for best outcomes.
