Meet Abby
Therapist

Abby is a qualified psychotherapist with a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy. She works with teenagers, women, and families, supporting them to navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and foster emotional well-being.

Abby has experience working with children and families around complex issues and transitions. She is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their emotions, process their experiences, and build a strong foundation for growth.

Abby’s therapeutic style is holistic, trauma-informed, and attachment-based. She works from the belief that healing happens through connection — both with ourselves and others. She helps clients regulate their nervous systems, navigate relational patterns, and build lasting, meaningful change.

Abby supports individuals with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, grief and loss, identity development, and life transitions (such as pregnancy and parenthood). She also has a special interest in deeper therapeutic work, helping clients explore existential concerns, build meaning and purpose, and understand the unconscious patterns that shape their lives.

She uses a combination of evidence-based therapies, tailoring her approach to meet each client's unique needs and goals. Abby draws from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
