This is for you if you are considering therapy but are unsure if our service is right for you.

This will help us get to know each other briefly to determine which clinician might be better suited to you and if we are a good fit for the level of support you need.

This will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. After this phone call, it is up to you whether you still would like to book into an initial appointment with one of our therapists.

75 Minutes

The initial assessment is conducted so that we can gather information about your developmental history, family background and current functioning.

We get to know you and what your therapy goals are and any potential barriers to achieving your goals. We will then establish an action plan which we will work through with you during your ongoing therapy appointments.

At this stage we only offer therapy for women living in Australia.

50 minutes

After determining your therapy needs in the initial appointment, we will continue to work through our therapy plan with you during these appointments.

We also encourage you to work on your therapy goals in-between sessions for best outcomes. This is the most suitable option for ongoing support.
